Do you provide free estimates? ?
Unfortunately, no. Due to high labor costs we do charge for estimates. Buyer be aware – there is no such thing as “free estimate.” If a “free estimate” is offered, they will have to make up for it elsewhere which translates to higher prices on parts or longer repair times. We believe in upfront honesty. Our standard on-site rate is $79 for the cost of travel within the metropolitan area), and $150 per hour for proposal writing and/or estimates.
What are your hours? ?
We’re open Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 PM. For field service, the first appointment is set for 9 AM and last appointment is set for 4 PM. We generally provide you with a 2 hour window. Occasionally we work on Saturdays.
How much does it cost to fix my equipment?
There is no way to know without a proper diagnosis. Most issues can be resolved with a tune-up. If parts are required, a second trip may be needed because no one locally stocks all parts for every equipment.
How long does the repair take?
In most cases we’re usually done within 45 minutes to an hour.
What are your on-site rates?
For doctor offices, small clinics and out patient surgical centers our standard on-site rate is $79 for the cost of travel within the metropolitan area), and $150 per hour labor cost, thereafter, billed in 15 minute intervals.
What if a return visit is required to complete a repair?
For doctor offices and smaller medical facilities we’ll waive any additional labor charge and you’ll only be responsible for the $79 metropolitan area travel fee.
Do the travel fees change if I am located outside the immediate metropolitan San Francisco Bay Area or Sacramento?
If you are located within our service Territory , but outside our primary metropolitan service areas, additional travel fees will be charged based on your location.
Can I bring my equipment to your shop?
Yes, absolutely. You can bring in your equipment anytime during our business hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
What is your shop rate?
Shop rate is a flat fee of $150 (plus parts – if any).
